L&I Heating and Air Conditioning Inc was founded in 2016 by Luis and Ivan Barajas. This father and son team began with one goal in mind, to provide great customer service and level of expertise at competitive pricing. Both Luis and Ivan have worked for other HVAC companies in the past, so they are familiar with the professionalism required and expected by customers. Luis alone has over 30 years’ experience as an installer. As time has gone by we have been joined by employees that are eager to work and provide a smooth and clean installation for home owners. Our customers always come first. We understand that it may be a bit uncomfortable having strangers at your home, and this is why we provide a drug free work zone. Last but certainly not least, L&I Heating and Air Conditioning is a family based company! All of our staff is related!
